Stories We Live By

This course uses material from a well-known psychologist from Northwestern University to help us think about our own life story. We learn about and use McAdams’ “eight key events” as a guide to building and understanding our own life stories. Participants will share only the parts of their story they wish to tell, and their writing will be kept by them only.
