Shakespeare in Winona

On July 28 we will travel to Winona, MN. Our day in Winona will begin at the beautiful Minnesota Marine Art Museum. In addition to the memorable Hudson River School landscapes and Impressionist masterpieces, you’ll experience an exhibit of National Geographic photos of the Mississippi River. An enjoyable lunch is planned at the Jefferson Pub followed by a viewing of the Great River Shakespeare Festival’s production of Richard III. Richard is a power hungry man who will do anything to gain the throne of England. He is a wicked man but he can also be wickedly funny.
