Fall Career Fair

For full-time employment in your field or an internship in your major

Come to the UW-La Crosse Fall Career Fair to connect with representatives from more than 80 organizations.

You don't need to pre-register. A program listing all of the organizations will be provided. You are encouraged to bring a padfolio and resumes, if you have them. Career advisors will be onsite and ready to assist you.

Some of the participating organizations will be conducting on-campus interviews the next day.

How to prepare

For resume, interviewing, internship and employment offer assistance, we encourage you to make an appointment with the career advisor for your major. Make an appointment by stopping at 1140 Centennial Hall, calling us at 608.785.8514, or emailing us at career@uwlax.edu.

After the fair and interviews, you may receive several offers. Don’t feel like you have to accept the first one. Make sure you’re making a choice that works for both you and the employer. It is always OK to ask for some time before you give a decision. We encourage you to be open and honest in all communication with employers.

UWL Career Services believes there is inherent value in maintaining a fair and equitable recruiting process. We encourage employer representatives to be open-minded during our events in order to learn about the unique qualities each UWL student has to offer. This commitment to valuing differences is a part of the privilege of attending a career fair and is an expectation of all attendees at UWL career events.
