The phrase “out of your mind” has taken on new meaning in our unhealthy habits of busyness and divided attention. However, research has been building on the positive effects of mindfulness meditation on cognitive, emotional, and social functioning. Come learn the basic tenets of mindfulness (i.e., paying attention in the present moment without judgment) and tips on how to live more mindfully in your daily lives.
