Search and Screen Meeting - HR Director

*Meeting of the search committee (Al Crist in person)

  • Finalize reference calling themes
  • Preliminary discussion – draft preliminary interview guidelines and question theme areas
  • Draft Skype Interview Schedule 11-27
  • Committee selects a short list for semifinalist and reference calling
  • Committee decides if any complete applications arriving after the target date qualify for further consideration

This meeting will move into a closed session to consider personal history of candidates relevant to hiring as provided in section 19.85 (1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes.

 

*Search committee provides chair with yes, maybe, or no assessment based on review of the application materials of each applicant prior to this meeting.
